Guerrero Necklace

Guerrero is a sculptural necklace from Remy Cristian’s Hidden Gods collection, inspired by the warrior figures, ceremonial adornment, and symbolic language of ancient Mesoamerican cultures.

The necklace is composed of jade and turquoise beads, leading to a detailed pendant depicting a stylized warrior. At the top, a hand-carved jade face forms the figure’s head, crowned by a natural amethyst, suggesting a connection between earthly strength and spiritual power.

The warrior’s body is represented by an oval labradorite cabochon. A skirt made of tubular jade beads completes the lower part of the body.

One arm extends downward from the side of the figure, represented by a piece of lapis lazuli, ending in a sterling silver hand. This unusual asymmetry gives the pendant a sense of movement and reinforces its character as a symbolic, wearable figure rather than a conventional ornament.

Guerrero brings together natural stones, carved elements, and handcrafted metalwork to create a small ceremonial figure — a talisman embodying strength, protection, courage, and spiritual presence.
